Registration with a Purchase Order (School is Paying for the Registration)

If your school is paying for you or a group of people, you need to complete the process outlined below:

1. Register for the conference using this link if you are a member and this link if you are a non-member. If a group of people are registering, everyone needs to complete an individual registration by clicking on these links. If your school is paying for your membership and registration and you are not a current member, click this link

2. When it asks for payment method, choose invoice. Print the invoice and give it to the person who is paying for your registration.

3. The person who is paying the invoice must email Porctia Tinsley at [email protected] stating the names of everyone they are paying for registration. They must mail the payment with all of the invoices included to OCTM, c/o Porctia Tinsley, 2950 S. Service Road #3511, Moore, OK 73160. Make sure you mail the payment at least one week before the conference.


Conference Details

The 2019 OCTM conference is June 7 at Oklahoma City University, 2501 N. Blackwelder Ave, in the Sarkey building. This year's conference includes a pre-conference session on June 6 and a t-shirt that is included in the cost of the conference. Space for the pre-conference is limited so only the first 210 people registered can attend and you will not receive a t-shirt if you register after May 24th. The pre-conference is June 6 from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Registration will be 1 to 2:30 p.m. Get an early start on the conference by attending the pre-conference! There is no limit on attendance for the conference which is June 7th. Conference hotel coming soon.

The conference is June 7 from 8:30 am to 4 pm with registration being 7:30 to 8:30 am. There is a mixture of sessions for all grade levels at the half hour and hour increments. This year's keynote speaker and lead presenter is John SanGiovannie. He is an elementary mathematics supervisor in Howard County, Maryland, where he oversees mathematics curriculum, digital learning, assessment, and professional development. He is the coauthor of the best selling Putting the Practices Into Action,   Daily Routines to Jump-Start Math Class, High School and the Mastering the Basic Math Facts series. John is an adjunct instructor and coordinator of the Elementary Mathematics Instructional Leader graduate program at McDaniel College, as well as a national consultant for curriculum and professional development. A frequent speaker at national conferences, John also currently serves on the Board of Directors for NCTM.
